We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality. You will be responsible for testing software functionalities, identifying issues, and collaborating with the development team to facilitate software improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Perform manual and automated testing to verify software functionality.
• Assist in defining testing metrics, monitoring progress, and reporting on quality.
• Provide training and support to junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Postgraduate certifications in Quality Assurance are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA processes and methodologies

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with SCRUM teams.
• Familiarity with SQL Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL for testing database-related functionalities.
