We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Johannesburg. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment strategies and finding the best talent in the market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting people with opportunities and an understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute outreach efforts to potential candidates.
• Obtain feedback from hiring managers and refine recruitment tactics accordingly.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring processes.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to management.
• Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Research competitor talent acquisition practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Facilitate workshops on interview techniques for hiring managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
