Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce in Johannesburg. Your expertise will be essential for designing and implementing training programs that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assess training programs' alignment with organisational goals.
  • Analyze employee performance data to inform training strategies.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Psychology
  • Relevant advanced qualification is an asset
