Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize production processes for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the production team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare feasibility studies and prepare reports for management review.
• Research and implement new tools and technology to improve productivity.
• Create quality assurance measures to minimize product defects.
• Assist in project management for engineering-related projects.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality components are used.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
