This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues for clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide timely solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions offered.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and training them on our systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve our services and customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT help desk environment
