The Dobie Worker position involves operating industrial laundry equipment and maintaining a tidy workspace. If you are detail-oriented and possess good physical stamina, we invite you to take on this critical role within our skilled laundry operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of laundry items from collection to delivery.
• Assist in training new staff members on equipment usage and cleaning protocols.
• Monitor the performance of laundry machines and report any technical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on laundry equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
• Ensure proper sorting techniques for different fabric types.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and safety issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in hospitality or laundry management is a plus

Experience

• No previous experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
