Job Description

The Quality Control Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare printing presses for various substrates.
• Maintain detailed records of production parameters.
• Conduct pre-production checks on materials and equipment.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Assist with inventory management of printing supplies.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Participate in staff meetings to align on production goals.
• Engage in training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Trade Certificate in Printing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in photogravure printing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Printing Technologies
• Machine Operation

Soft Skills

• Flexibility
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Experience with Different Printing Inks: Knowledge of various substrates and inks for optimal printing results.
