Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Technician in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on telecommunications protocols.
• Evaluate existing telecommunications systems and recommend improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and deadlines.
• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of telecommunications equipment and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in telecommunications or related field

• LAN/WAN Technologies

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
