Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, outlining schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
• Train and supervise junior staff and construction workers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management roles
