Job Description

We are seeking a driven Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in chemical processes and the ability to contribute to various projects aimed at improving efficiency and safety in our operations. The successful applicant will engage in both design and optimization of chemical processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Streamline processes to increase efficiency within patient services.
  • Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to patient care standards and protocols.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and workshops to enhance team coordination.
  • Manage patient data and maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of operational processes.
  • Assist with financial auditing and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate health and safety training for staff.
  • Establish relationships with community health organisations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration roles
