Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in steering our construction projects towards successful completion. You will handle the day-to-day operations on the site, manage team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and the ability to manage budgets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategies for project delivery.
• Track and oversee project milestones and timelines.
• Ensure that projects align with company standards and objectives.
• Coordinate training for staff and subcontractors on safety standards.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Compile and submit necessary documentation for compliance and regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting costs.
• Evaluate project outcomes and generate improvement plans.
• Engage in continuous learning and development of construction trends.

Requirements

Education

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
• Additional certifications in Project Management are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
