Job Description

We are searching for a Construction Manager with a solid background in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage project timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and obstacles.
• Manage quality control throughout the construction process.
• Ensure that all required permits are secured prior to project commencement.
• Facilitate training and development for construction staff.
• Utilize project management software to track milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain communication with the Director of Operations regarding project developments.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related field
