Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee all aspects of our property portfolio in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and implement effective property management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage tenant relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare and oversee budgets for property maintenance and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local and national property regulations.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Administer lease agreements and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Monitor rental payments and manage outstanding accounts.
• Prepare reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Property management certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in property management or real estate industry

Certifications

• National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Certification
