Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills who can enhance our logistics operations significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics planning and execution initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement logistics technology solutions.
  • Supervise the logistics team and oversee training programs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of shipments from origin to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing agreements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance for management review.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a coordination role
