We are seeking a proactive Brim Raiser to take charge of raising brims on our range of hats and caps. The successful candidate will adhere to established quality standards and production schedules, ensuring that each product meets our high standards for craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

• Raise brims on hats and caps with precision and care.
• Interpret and execute production orders, ensuring correct specifications.
• Perform quality assurance checks and document results.
• Carry out routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of production materials.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance productivity and quality.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience working with hat and cap manufacturing is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Ability to Read Technical Drawings

Soft Skills

• Time Management
