We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will support HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to fill various positions across the organization.
  • Support the onboarding and integration process for new employees.
  • Review and revise HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Engage with employees to enhance workplace morale and commitment.
  • Provide support during the performance management cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and report on HR metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating employee training sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of comprehensive HR experience
