Job Description

As the Diversity Program Manager, you will spearhead our organizational efforts to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will develop and execute strategies aimed at achieving equity in our hiring, retention, and promotion processes. This role requires a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion issues, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of diverse hiring practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community and diversity organizations.
  • Create educational materials to increase awareness and understanding of diversity issues.
  • Utilize employee feedback to drive continuous improvements in diversity efforts.
  • Report on the effectiveness of diversity initiatives to senior management.
  • Assist in resolving any diversity-related conflicts that may arise within the workplace.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on diversity initiatives to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to understand the employee experience related to diversity.
  • Participate in local and national diversity events and conferences.
  • Support employee resource groups and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related disciplines
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in a similar role focusing on diversity and inclusion
