Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Diversity Trainer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture. You will engage with staff at all levels to raise awareness and promote understanding of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tracking systems for diversity training participation.
  • Work closely with leadership to promote a culture of inclusion.
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and diversity metrics.
  • Develop educational materials that support the training curriculum.
  • Lead discussions and training sessions that enhance employee awareness of cultural sensitivities.
  • Stay informed on best practices and compliance regulations related to diversity.
  • Mentor other trainers by sharing best practices and resources.
  • Advocate for diversity-related events and initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar field
  • Master's degree in related fields is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or HR
