Job Description

As a Vault Attendant at Secure Finance Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the vault. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage the storage and access of valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vault operations and maintain the highest security standards.
• Document and report any discrepancies or security breaches promptly.
• Assist clients with safe deposit box access, providing knowledgeable service.
• Participate in regular training and refreshers on security procedures.
• Implement and improve existing vault security measures.
• Work closely with management to enhance customer service experience.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Higher Certificate in Security Management is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in vault operations or security roles.
