We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in nursing care, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff on clinical procedures and patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Lead clinical meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Support the nursing management in administrative tasks and decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Administration is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in clinical nursing, with experience in specialty areas preferred

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
