Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to our projects in East London. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of electrical installations and systems in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform load calculations and assessments for electrical systems.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Integrate renewable energy solutions into electrical designs.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and equipment for projects.
• Prepare detailed reports to document design decisions and project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to budget constraints and project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical projects

• Electrical Design Software

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
