We are seeking dedicated Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers to join our team. This role involves performing routine maintenance on outdoor spaces and ensuring a clean, attractive landscape for our facilities, contributing to overall site aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.
• Design and implement landscape projects as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers for landscaping materials and needs.
• Monitor plant health and address issues as they arise.
• Assist in managing waste and debris removal from landscape areas.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of landscape design software
• Irrigation systems management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator License

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment: Skills in welding and constructing landscaping features.
• Experience with commercial landscaping: Proficient in maintaining large-scale commercial landscaping projects.
