As an Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing projects that improve environmental health and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Work alongside teams to ensure project compliance with environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.
• Evaluate and recommend sustainable practices for projects.
• Develop training materials for staff on environmental practices.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of environmental data.
• Actively participate in community engagement regarding environmental issues.
• Implement strategies for reducing environmental footprint.
• Oversee contractors during implementation of environmental measures.
• Prepare budgets and resource plans for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a related position
