Responsibilities
Accurately pin turkeys following standard operating procedures.
Conduct quality control checks on turkeys before preparation.
Keep pinning tools and area well-maintained.
Work alongside chefs to enhance kitchen workflow.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Document production counts and inventory levels.
Assist in training new kitchen staff on pinning techniques.
Engage in problem-solving for operational efficiencies.

Requirements
Education
