Responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries.
• Assist members with itinerary changes and modifications.
• Monitor and recommend travel deals and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and guidelines.
• Help in coordinating group travel arrangements.
• Foster relationships with service providers and vendors.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote travel services.
• Engage in client relationship management to improve loyalty.
• Support team members in achieving departmental objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Travel and Tourism or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in travel counseling

Technical Skills

• Online travel booking platforms
• CRM software

Soft Skills

• Ability to multitask
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
