Job Description

As a Bakery Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and production of a wide range of baked goods. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products while providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare doughs, fillings, and icings for various baked products.
• Ensure the bakery area remains clean and free from hazards.
• Check inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.
• Provide support to the head baker as needed for special projects.
• Engage with customers and provide information about product offerings.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss recipes, improvements, and goals.

Experience

• Experience working in a busy bakery or food establishment is a plus
