• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Work closely with clients to tailor recruitment strategies that meet their needs.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Prepare and present candidates to clients.
• Provide insights and market trends to clients to inform their hiring strategies.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Support onboarding processes for placed candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Advanced HR certification is a plus

• 4+ years of experience in a recruitment role
