Job Description

As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing deliveries and pickups for our logistics operations. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, handle a delivery team, and perform essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the delivery team to ensure efficient performance.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with legislation while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries.
• Engage with customers to monitor satisfaction and address any issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Foster relationships with external partners to streamline the delivery process.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the logistics department.
• Proactively seek ways to improve service delivery processes.
• Coordinate driver assignments and route optimization strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
