Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions, establishing clear objectives and timelines.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inputs for project execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and performance metrics.
  • Prepare project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Drive project closure processes, including post-project reviews and reporting.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of learning.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology setting
