Job Description

As our E-commerce Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our online presence and driving sales. You will be responsible for managing product listings, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The right fit will be someone who is data-driven, loves to experiment with new approaches, and can adapt strategies to cater to changing market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and drive customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain customer loyalty and rewards programs to enhance retention.
  • Develop and manage promotional calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the e-commerce division.
  • Enhance website content and design in line with best practices to increase user engagement.
  • Regularly update product information and promotional materials on the website.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
