Job Description

Seeking a skilled Architect with a passion for innovative design to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating architectural plans and designs, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural plans using CAD software
• Develop specifications and detailed construction documents
• Lead client meetings to discuss design stage and progress
• Ensure all designs align with client expectations and standards
• Review and analyze architectural and construction drawings
• Support the project team in achieving project objectives
• Enforce quality standards in architectural output
• Manage changes and coordinate between stakeholders
• Stay updated on current design trends and techniques
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in architectural projects

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
