Responsibilities

• Create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Engage with users to gather feedback on existing systems and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide support during the implementation of IT projects.
• Identify risks and issues affecting project outcomes and suggest mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or related field
• Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA) is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT business analysis or a related field
