Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless healthcare delivery. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and enhance patient experiences within our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the daily operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure the smooth running of patient services and administrative tasks.
  • Manage the medical billing process and oversee accounts payable.
  • Implement new healthcare protocols and ensure adherence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve patient outcomes.
  • Supervise the administrative staff and provide training.
  • Compile reports on facility performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Enhance patient experience through effective service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with legal healthcare regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a healthcare-related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management roles
