Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist in Pretoria who will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role demands an individual who is proactive and can effectively manage multiple tasks while supporting the HR department's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for all levels of positions.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication of policies to all employees.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on HR topics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in HR projects to enhance overall processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles
