We're seeking a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on property management and will play a key role in facilitating successful transactions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Conduct property appraisals and comparative market analysis.
• Assist clients in navigating real estate transactions.
• Compile market reports for internal use and client presentations.
• Train junior team members on best practices in property management.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Attend property management conferences and workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Real Estate Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property management or real estate
