Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and strategies. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive HR strategy for the organisation.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with department heads.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Master's or Professional HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in HR
