Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will have the opportunity to shape the employee experience in our Cape Town office. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage employee recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Lead training programs and coordinate learning and development opportunities.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to assist in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee development
