Process Technician

Job Description

As a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot machinery, and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust machine operations to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines as scheduled.
• Report and resolve any technical issues with machinery.
• Understand and utilize industrial control systems effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document processes and report any discrepancies.
• Work in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors about production issues.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process technician role.

Technical Skills

• Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
