Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through implementation.
• Perform thermal and structural analysis to validate design integrity.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
• Document design processes and create detailed reports for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Review and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical failures during testing.
• Develop maintenance procedures and manuals for mechanical systems.
• Participate in trade shows and professional workshops to represent the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Project Management are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
