Job Description

Looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to handle project planning, execution, and closure. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between different parties, manage resources and budgets, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Review project specifications and drawings to confirm accuracy before construction begins.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff and promote teamwork among team members.
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve best outcomes.
• Maintain clear documentation and records for all project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Master's degree or additional certifications preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in leading construction projects with a background in civil engineering
