• Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics and activity.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract quality applicants.
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires.
• Participate in onboarding new employees to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
