Dynamic HR Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and be skilled in employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. In this role, you will assist in developing HR strategies that align with business objectives while maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding of new talent.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Create and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Aid in performance appraisals and talent development initiatives.
• Respond to employee concerns and HR inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
• Analyze employee turnover and propose action plans.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and documentation.
• Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive experience in HR roles
