Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will ensure our HR practices are in line with legal requirements and organizational policies. Your responsibilities include preparing compliance-related documentation, evaluating the effectiveness of compliance initiatives, and keeping abreast of legislative changes. You will provide guidance to the HR team and management on compliance-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Review and amend HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop training resources for staff regarding compliance.
  • Keep documentation of compliance activities up to date.
  • Provide assistance during audits by external bodies.
  • Maintain records of training and compliance efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments on HR practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance inquiries.
  • Direct investigations of compliance issues.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or related field
