Responsibilities

  • Conduct venue research and site visits to ensure suitability for events.
  • Create and manage detailed budgets to cover all event expenses.
  • Design event themes and concepts to match client visions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback post-events to improve future planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Create promotional materials for events and manage social media announcements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in the event planning industry
