Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee and streamline HR functions within our Johannesburg office. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and fostering a productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance HR policies to ensure they meet compliance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support leadership in creating a high-performance culture.
  • Develop succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
