Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Top Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with business goals. This includes supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and fair practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of all training initiatives.
• Assess training needs through regular discussions with employees and managers.
• Review and suggest training materials and resources for your programs.
• Implement assessments to gauge the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Foster engagement and continuous improvement through employee feedback.
• Coordinate with third-party trainers and consultants as needed.
• Drive the learning technology strategy, including LMS management.
• Advocate for employee development through performance improvement plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional Certification in Training is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in corporate training and development
