We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of multifamily housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality construction projects within the multifamily industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily residential projects from inception to handover, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with clients and contractors regularly to maintain project alignment.
• Implement best practices in project management, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project changes and variations effectively while keeping all parties informed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience overseeing multifamily projects.
