Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our expanding team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulation guidelines. The role blends scientific acumen with practical project management skills to help advance innovative medical research.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning and execution of clinical trial milestones.
• Act as a liaison between research sites and internal teams to communicate updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor patient data to ensure accuracy while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present findings to clinical and regulatory boards.
• Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance and provide necessary training to site staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field
• Certification in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical trials or monitoring studies
