Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will ensure high software quality through rigorous testing and analysis while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies for new features.
• Utilize testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior QA staff and promote quality awareness across teams.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a QA role with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools: Experience with tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of mobile testing: Experience in testing mobile applications is a plus.
