We are in search of skilled Jewelers and Precious Stone and Metal Workers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and repairing jewelry, ensuring high-quality standards while working with a variety of materials.

Responsibilities

• Craft and produce a range of jewelry items using various techniques.
• Repair damaged jewelry and restore it to its original condition.
• Research and source new materials for innovative designs.
• Document production processes for compliance and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for production schedules.
• Collaborate in team discussions to brainstorm innovative design ideas.
• Provide technical support on jewelry care and maintenance to customers.
• Participate in regular safety drills and protocol training.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in jewelry craftsmanship or related fields

• Jewelry Repair
• CAD Software

Certifications

• Certification in Gemology
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Conversational
